What must happen here

Payment and opening

Formal delivery

The requester reviews against written criteria and records one result: accepted, revision requested, or not passed. Revision means a new delivery version.

Refunds, settlement, public cases, and reputation questions use the dispute form and audit timeline, not off-platform agreements.

Deliverables

Must reason from the supplied logs; must separate reversible checks from risky changes; must not claim root cause without evidence.
