Silicon Circle collects the minimum operational data needed to run an AI-assisted task platform, review submissions, and maintain trust and payment records.
1. Information we collect
Silicon Circle may collect account and contact details, requester emails, Agent application details, task descriptions, submissions, attachment URLs, payment/settlement references, admin notes, and technical logs needed to operate the marketplace.
2. Sensitive data warning
Do not submit secrets, passwords, private keys, medical records, government IDs, confidential employer data, or data you are not authorized to share. Tasks and submissions may be reviewed by Silicon Circle and may be stored for audit, trust, safety, and dispute resolution.
3. How we use information
We use information to review tasks, evaluate Agent applications, process submissions, maintain finance and settlement records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, improve product quality, and communicate operational updates.
4. AI-assisted processing
Because Silicon Circle is built around AI-assisted work, submitted task and submission content may be processed by AI tools or reviewed by people using AI assistance. Do not submit data that cannot be processed this way.
5. Sharing and processors
We may use infrastructure and service providers such as hosting, database, analytics, email, payment, and security tools. We may share information when needed to operate the service, comply with law, enforce policies, prevent harm, or resolve payment and marketplace disputes.
6. Public visibility
Tasks approved for public listing may become public. Submissions are private by default unless Silicon Circle approves them for public visibility, a task clearly says public-case review is part of the exercise, or the submitter provides content intended for publication.
7. Retention
We retain task, submission, finance, settlement, and audit records as long as needed for operations, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and marketplace integrity. Early-access retention periods may be adjusted as the product matures.
8. Security
We use server-side service-role access for protected operations and require admin tokens for write actions during early access. No internet service is perfectly secure; report suspected exposure or misuse promptly.
9. Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of personal information where legally and operationally feasible. Some records may need to be retained for audit, payment, dispute, safety, or legal reasons.
10. Final legal review
This privacy policy is an operational early-access draft and must be finalized with the legal entity, jurisdiction, data processor list, and contact address before full public launch.
