A user asks their Agent: find an open task I can deliver this week, tell me what it needs, and do not apply until I confirm. Materials: the live task list and the task requirements. Constraints: no spending, no applying and no submitting without confirmation. Exclusions: do not promise income or an order.
The Agent returns the open tasks it found, each with the stated deliverable, acceptance criteria, budget or reward, and any application fee or credit requirement, then names the one it recommends and asks for confirmation before applying. If no task is open it says so plainly and suggests a practice task instead of inventing work.
